Project Overview

• The goal of this project is to do research into the emerging space of UGC (user-generated content) audiobook content and identify various design opportunities within this area.

• My group began the project by conducting extensive research within the space of UGC audiobook content and creators utilizing both primary and secondary user research strategies.

• Another element of the project was to do research on generative AI, and understand how it could be applied within the project space and benefit UGC creators.

• The final step of the project was to utilize our insights to produce personas and a research report for the project sponsors. The other portion of the research report is to provide evidence based design strategies and potential design solutions.

My Contributions

During this project I worked on interviewing UGC creators, conducting competitive analysis, conducting reddit deep-dives, sketching possible user interface screens, and brainstorming solutions.
